This restaurant shines with its dedication to traditional and inventive dishes that truly savor the rich culinary heritage of Mexico, making it a standout spot for anyone craving bold, comforting flavors.

From the moment you settle into El Encanto Dos, you’re greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere that balances lively energy with casual comfort. Whether you choose a cozy indoor table or the patio heated on cooler nights, the setting encourages relaxed socializing, perfect for gatherings with friends or family. Although some have noted the seating is a bit close and the view leans toward the main road, the attentive and friendly service more than compensates, with staff who clearly love their craft and make your dining experience smooth and enjoyable.

The menu at El Encanto Dos is a treasure trove of Mexican favorites elevated with fresh ingredients and vibrant flavors. A must-try starter is the Queso Guillermo, a bubbling concoction of hot cheeses blended with yellow chiles, onions, and tomatoes that's served sizzling tableside—paired perfectly with pico de gallo and fresh corn tortillas. For an indulgent sampler, the El Encanto Sampler Platter combines their famous Pollo Fundido, alongside red beef and green corn tamales, taquitos with guacamole, black beans, and fried chili peppers, offering a rich introduction to what the kitchen can do.

Signature entrees include the beloved Pollo Fundido, which delivers tender, smoky chicken topped with melted cheese, and the hearty Shredded Beef Red Chili Burro that bursts with traditional southwestern spice. Seafood lovers will appreciate the Seafood Enchiladas and the Fish Tacos served with beans and rice—each bite layering fresh, tangy, and spicy elements that celebrate the coastal flavors of Mexico. The Steak Fajitas and Chicken Fajitas sizzle with a medley of peppers and onions, offering generous portions that promise a satisfying experience.

Beverages are not overlooked here; the bartenders craft addictive cocktails like the Prickly Pear Margaritas and Strawberry Margaritas that blend sweetness and citrus with a refreshing twist. Customers rave about the chips and salsa trio—a harmonious mix of mild green avocado, medium red, and hot red salsa—each with distinct layers that tease the palate. The sangria also pairs wonderfully with the chips and salsa, rounding out a meal filled with passion and flavor.

For those with a sweet tooth, the dessert selections such as the Fried Ice Cream and the decadent Chocolate Chimichanga Plate provide a perfect finish, marrying warm, crunchy textures with creamy and rich flavors that linger pleasantly after the last bite.

While some guests have noticed a minor fly presence in one bar area, which prompted a quick table change, the overall experience remains polished and welcoming thanks to the attentive staff. The pricing may lean slightly toward the higher end, especially for pitchers of margaritas, but the generous portions and quality of the ingredients justify the investment in a memorable meal.

In summary, El Encanto Dos excels in delivering an authentic Mexican dining adventure steeped in tradition yet brightened with thoughtful culinary twists. The robust flavors, warm ambiance, and dedicated service create a destination that beckons locals and visitors alike to savor every bite and sip with joy.

El Encanto overall was a good experience. Its started out rough at first. They have a slight fly infestation in one of their bar areas, so bad we had to move tables. They bring out a salsa trio they bring to the table, mild green and avocado, medium red and hot red. All of them were very good. We ordered a small pitcher of margaritas, you get about 3 out of it. Kind of pricey at 28.00 for it. I ordered a shredded beef and bean burrito with cheese on top. They didn't put much cheese on it. Disappointed by that. Our server/bartender was great! Loved the music they played. The patio looks like it would be great when the weather gets cooler out. We'll come back then.

The night was a bit cool for sitting outside, but with our pup in the car, we decided to brave it. Turns out they have patio heaters for your cozy comfort. There were 5 plus our pup. The service was outstanding and a reason in itself to visit. The food is amazing, with a great presentation, large portions, and absolutely wonderfully flavorful. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a large party or an intimate date.

Beautiful setting for outdoor dining. Service was excellent, our server was very attentive filled drinks quickly, it is nice to have a staff that really love there profession. I had the vegetable enchilada with rice and beans, my husband had the vegetable fajitas. I should have asked the sauce on the side, it was a little too much for me. My husband loves his meal.

I have tried the original el Encanto about a year ago and really liked it. I decided to give the second location a try as well while the restaurant was similar. There were some pretty clear differences. The ambience was lacking. The majority of the restaurant seating had views of the main road and the seating was very close together and didn't feel as cozy. The service was good. The food was also on point. I would still go back to the restaurant, however ask for inside seat. If given the choice between the two locations, I would go back to the main one before I would go to this one, however.
